Lordy, talk about some blasts from the past! I'm only about 2 years younger than you, so I remember the times well. I thought Paul Revere and the Raiders rocked. (And they still did when I saw them in the late 80's in a club in Odessa.) But the Doors...wow, I remember getting that first album in 67 and being totally blown away. I wanted to grow up to be Jim Morrison. Of course it's just as well that I didn't. Dead in a bathtub in my twenties would have put a major crimp in the rest of my life up to this point. Ah, but the music.... Keep up the good work, and rock on, bro. (And like many a young male of the day, the go-go dancers were a MAJOR attraction.)
